Make sure you have your order number and email address and click “Start Your Exchange” to begin the process.
Print Return Label
Print the return label and affix it to the outside of your return package. Be sure to include all documentation you received & packaging (ring box, pedant/earring box, bracelet box or pouch).
Drop off your package
Drop off your package at any FedEx return location. Your exchange will be processed once we receive your package.
Prestigio Jewelers has a No Return, No Cash Refund Policy. However, we will allow you 30 days to do an even exchange, as long as the merchandise is in new condition. (see additional info below). If you're not completely satisfied with your Prestigio Jewelers purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days of purchase, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been worked on by any jeweler outside of Prestigio Jewelers.
All class rings, name plates, watches, & sunglasses are final sale and may not be exchanged.
Most rings and some other pieces made of 14k gold, 10k gold, platinum, and silver that have been customized with an engraving are eligible for exchange and/or our upgrade program.
