At Prestigio Jewelers, the warranty covers you for life. No other credit jeweler offers this level of protection. We promise to protect the memories you create and the investment you make, because we want you to be treated like family.

What’s Included in Our Lifetime Warranty?
At Prestigio Jewelers, we offer comprehensive coverage to ensure your jewelry remains as stunning as the day you purchased it. The purchase of our Lifetime Warranty includes:
  • Cleaning & Polishing: Keep your jewelry sparkling with regular cleaning and polishing services.
  • Inspections: Regular checks to ensure your jewelry is in perfect condition.
  • Maintenance & Repair Work: Covers repairs for damage not caused by abuse or neglect, ensuring your jewelry stays in top shape.
  • Lost Stone Replacement: We will replace any lost stone (up to ¼ carat) to keep your piece complete and beautiful.
  • Free Cleaning & Inspection: Periodic cleaning and inspection are always included, at no additional cost.

Keeping Your Jewelry Like New with Prestigio Jewelers
At Prestigio Jewelers, we want to help you keep your jewelry looking as beautiful as the day you first purchased it! That's why we offer unlimited free cleaning and inspection to maintain your warranty and ensure your pieces stay in top condition.

You can have your jewelry cleaned and inspected in-store (while you wait) or via mail—whichever is more convenient for you.

To keep your Lifetime Warranty active, we require that your jewelry is cleaned and inspected every 6 months (180 days). You’re welcome to bring your purchase to any of our stores, or simply ship it to our repair center for inspection, cleaning, or any necessary maintenance.

Important Information:
  • Mail-In Repairs/Inspections: A $25 shipping fee will apply for all mail-in warranties and repairs.
  • Missed Inspection: If you go past the 6-month inspection window and your jewelry needs repair, you will be responsible for any repair costs needed to restore your jewelry to “like new” condition. Once repaired, your warranty will be reinstated.
  • Repair Charges: If repairs are needed due to abuse or neglect, you will be notified of the charges, which must be paid before your jewelry is returned. Please note that repair charges cannot be financed.
How to Submit a Warranty Check-In:
1. Log into your Prestigio Jewelers account
2. Select “Warranty Check-In”
3. Select the Item you would like to submit for warranty inspection.
4. Select “Drop Off At Store” (if you are visiting your local store) or “Ship Item Back” (if you are outside of our service areas).
5. Once the item is received (in like new condition) your warranty will be reinstated (180 days out) cleaned, inspected and returned to you.
6. If a repair is needed, a repair ticket will need to be submitted on your behalf in order to keep track of all activity in your account.

What’s Excluded from the Lifetime Warranty?
While we’re dedicated to providing you with exceptional protection, certain situations fall outside the scope of our warranty. Please review the exclusions below:

Mishandled Jewelry

Your warranty does not cover jewelry that has been abused or worn for activities outside normal wear and tear. Examples of this include:
  • Stepping on or dropping your jewelry
  • A chain stretched or broken due to force
  • Dropping jewelry into a garbage disposal
Lost or Stolen Jewelry

We do not cover jewelry that is lost or stolen. To protect against loss or theft, we recommend insuring your jewelry. If your insurance provider needs any information, please contact us—we’re happy to assist in the process. Your invoice will have most of the details necessary for your insurance coverage.

Stainless Steel, Cobalt & Titanium

Jewelry made from stainless steel, cobalt, or titanium cannot be reworked or resized, and therefore, is not covered under our warranty for these services.

Outside Jewelry Repair Work

If any of your jewelry has been repaired or altered by a jeweler other than a Prestigio Jeweler, your warranty will be automatically voided. All repair work performed by us will be tracked and recorded in your account.

Non-Transferable Warranty

Please note that Lifetime Warranties are non-transferable. The warranty is valid only for the original item purchased. If you purchase a new, exchanged, or upgraded piece of jewelry, a new warranty will need to be purchased for that item.
