How do I qualify for a Credit Account?
We will guarantee you a line of credit. Qualifications are simple, be at least 18 years of age or older, have a valid form of Identification, 6 months of employment & a bank account (for automatic payments).

How much will I be approved for?
You can be approved for a credit line between $400 and $10,000

How can I be denied a line of credit?
We will only deny you a line of credit if you DO NOT have a valid form of Identification, 6 months of employment, a bank account (for automatic payments) or your information cannot be verified. You will also be denied if you are currently filing for bankruptcy and/or your case has not been completed or discharged.

What forms of Identification do you accept?
Drivers License, Government Issued Identification Card, Matricular Consular Card or Passport (All forms of Identification cannot be expired)

What happens if I misplace my jewelry purchase invoice?
All your jewelry purchase information is stored and saved with us inside of your account if purchased through our website. No worries, your purchases are safe with us.

How can I see when my jewelry items will arrive?
All purchases can be tracked inside of your account. Simply login, Account Home, Order Status, click the View button to see the status of each item(s) purchased. You will also be notified via e-mail of any changes.

Can I return Prestigio Jewelers purchases?
Presitgio Jewelers has a No Return, No Cash Refund Policy. We do offer item exchanges and they must be made within 30 days of purchase.

How long do I have to make an exchange?
An item exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase.

If I need to exchange my jewelry, will you refund the shipping costs?
All shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long do I have to make an upgrade?
You can upgrade your merchandise at any time. Your account does not need to be paid off before you upgrade your merchandise.

Does my warranty from my old jewelry carry over to my new jewelry when I make an upgrade?
Warranties for jewelry are non-transferable, if you upgrade your jewelry (such as exchanging it for a new piece), the warranty on the original piece does not transfer to the new item.

Can I view my purchase & payment history on your website?
Yes, all of your purchase & payment history is available inside of your account and visible to you at any time! Login, Account Home, View Order History or Transaction History.

Can I make my Prestigio Jewelers payment on your website?
Yes, all of your payments will be automatically withdrawn on the payment date you indicated at time of purchase.

Can I change my Prestigio Jewelers payment date?
Yes, if you need to have a payment date change, simply call customer service and we can help get your payment date changed on your account. Your payment must be made for the month before we can change your payment date moving forward.

Can I change my automatic payment information?
You have full control over your account, you can update your bank payment information at any time, making keeping on top of your automatic payments easy! Login, Billing Information, Add or Remove your new Bank Account information.

Can I make a one-time payment to catch up or pay ahead on my payments?
Yes, one time payments can be made on your account to catch you up on any missed payments you may have. You may also submit a one-time payment to pay down your balance, but this will not pay you ahead. If you need help pushing out a current payment and want to pay ahead on your account, please contact customer service or your local store.

What forms of payment do you accept for a credit account?
Any/all bank savings and checking accounts can be linked for your automatic payments.

What forms of payment do you accept for Pay In Full (non-financed purchases)?
American Express, Mastercard, Visa or Discover Card. You can also link any/all bank savings and checking accounts for form of payment.

How long do repairs typically take?
Depending on the repair we can typically have your repair returned to you in 1 to 2 weeks. (this does not include any shipping time if applicable)

Can I bring in my outside jewelry into your store locations for repair?
Yes, we repair any jewelry made of entirely gold or silver and can help service you at any of our store locations. (Outside jewelry repairs are ineligible for shipment)

How long will my warranty inspection take?
Warranty inspections are quick and easy. If you are visiting a local store the process can be done in 5-10 minutes. If you need to mail in your jewelry for inspection, we can usually turn around your warranty inspection around in 24-48 hours upon receipt.

Are all your diamonds certified?
We offer both certified and non-certified jewelry. All of our certified jewelry is noted on the product description at time of purchase.

I found a piece of jewelry I really like, but I want it in a different metal color or type. Can you do that?
Yes, most of our jewelry can be recreated for you in different metal colors or types. Simply give our customer service department a call or visit your nearest store location to inquire.

I found a piece of jewelry on another website, can you make it for me?
Yes! We can create or recreate most jewelry and guarantee you that we can help save you money in the process! Simply gather all the information needed before calling customer service for a quote. (Custom pieces are ineligible for exchange/upgrade)

Can you use the metal and/or gemstones from my ring to create a new design?
This is on a case by case basis, the metal we cannot use towards another design but we can help use larger stones and have them made into a new or custom setting of your liking. This can be done instore only and does not qualify for mail in transactions.

My jewelry turned my skin black/green. Why does this happen?
All our jewelry is made of exactly the karat type or description shown on the item description at time of purchase & invoice. We stand behind all our jewelry, as our 30+ year reputation stands behind every purchase. A reaction of the metal alloys occurring with chemicals in your skin can cause an allergic reaction. Lotions and hand soaps can also react to the alloys in your metal. Any questions you may have feel free to contact our customer service department.

Do you buy gold and unwanted jewelry?
Yes, we currently have a “We Buy Gold” program for all jewelry not purchased from us. Simply visit the “We Buy Gold” section on our website and request a free “Gold for Green” mail in packet. Or you can visit any of Our Locations and we can buy your unwanted gold and pay cash on the spot. We guarantee you that we will beat any price quotes you have received elsewhere.

How do I check the availability of an item at my local store?
Any/all item(s) can be checked for availability by selecting the Store Location in the Select Refinement section our on website. When you select the Store location you will view exactly what that store has on hand. All our inventory is updated daily so you can ensure our product availability.
