OUR POLICY

At Prestigio Jewelers, we have a No Return, No Cash Refund Policy. However, exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
  • Exchange Window: Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition of Item: Items must be in like new condition to qualify for an exchange.
  • No Outside Work: Items may not have been worked on by any jeweler outside of Prestigio Jewelers.
  • Damage from Abuse/Neglect: If the item has been damaged due to abuse or neglect, a repair charge will be required to bring the item to a like new condition before an exchange can be made.
  • Exchange Value: Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value to the original purchase.
  • Sizing: Sizing services are non-refundable.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

Log into your Prestigio Jewelers account
Select "Exchange An Item"
Type in the Item Number or the item/items you would like to exchange (found on your invoice).
Select "Drop Off At Store" (if you are visiting your local store) or "Ship Item Back" (if you are outside of our service areas).
Once the item/items are received (in like new condition) your shopping cart will be credited the original purchase price.
Simply add any item/items to your cart of equal or greater in value from the original purchase price to checkout.
