Upgrading to a bigger or newer piece is a fantastic way to keep your jewelry collection current and exciting. Whether you're looking to surprise a loved one or treat yourself to something extraordinary, the possibilities are endless. We are excited to offer our exclusive Upgrade & Trade-In Program, designed to provide you with the opportunity to upgrade your current jewelry to something even more extraordinary. Please take a moment to review the following important details regarding the program:
Program Overview:
  • When you choose to upgrade any item purchased from Prestigio Jewelers (excluding watches and sunglasses), we will offer you the full value of your original purchase as credit toward a new piece of jewelry.
  • The new piece you select must be valued at double the amount of your current item to qualify for the trade-in credit.


Important Terms and Conditions:
  • Non-Transferability of Warranties: Warranties on items being traded in will not transfer to the upgraded piece. A new warranty must be purchased for your upgraded item(s).
  • Eligibility: This offer is available only for jewelry originally purchased at Prestigio Jewelers and is subject to item condition and eligibility.

How It Works:

1. Log into your Prestigio Jewelers account
2. Select “Upgrade an Item”
3. Then type in the Item Number or the item(s) you would like to upgrade (found on your invoice).
4. Select “Drop Off At Store” (if you are visiting your local store) or “Ship Item Back” (if you are outside of our service areas).
5. Once the item(s) are received (in like new condition) your shopping cart will be credited the original purchase price.
6. Simply add any item(s) to your cart double in value from the original purchase price to checkout.
