  • All piece/pieces of jewelry with a warranty purchased.
  • All jewelry made entirely of gold or silver.
  • All jewelry made of gold, silver that has diamonds and/or semi-precious gem

Free Cleaning & Inspection

We want to help you keep your jewelry looking new, just like the day you purchased it! We offer unlimited free cleaning and inspection to maintain your warranty. We can help you in-store (while you wait) or via mail, whatever is the most convenient for you.

To keep your lifetime warranty active, you must have your jewelry cleaned and inspection every 4 months. You are welcome to bring your Prestigio Jewelers purchase into any of our stores or ship it to our service center at any time for inspection, cleaning, or any other maintenance it may need.

SHIP YOUR JEWELRY TO US

If you are unable to visit a Prestigio Jewelers store, you may have your jewelry cleaned, inspected and serviced by mailing it to our Repair Center at:

Directions For Mailing:

  1. Print and complete the service authorization form.
  2. Package your jewelry.
  3. Mail your package via United States Postal Service Certified Mail, insured, with “return receipt requested.” Insure it for the amount paid (on your original invoice). We will pay for the return shipping.

Once we receive your jewelry, we will carefully inspect your jewelry and professionally clean it. If we notice any potential problematic issues that require attention, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding with any work. This may require extra time with our jeweler, we will always provide you with an updated timeline for returning your jewelry as quickly as possible!

WHAT’S EXCLUDED?

Merchandise will not be guaranteed if it has been abused or worn for activities outside normal wear. Here are some examples: stepping on your jewelry, stretched or broken chain cause by force, dropping your jewelry down a garbage disposal.

We do not cover lost or stolen jewelry. We recommend that you insure your jewelry against theft and total loss. If your insurance agency needs any information, please contact us so we can help you in the coverage process. Your invoice will have most information needed when contacting your insurance agency about coverage.

This jewelry cannot be reworked/sized, you will not be able to purchase a warranty on these items.

Any Prestigio merchandise that has been worked on by another jeweler other than a Prestigio jeweler (this will automatically void your warranty).
